The headliner is tight as a drum, excellent mirror, visors and a working dome light. It has the rally gauges with a tachometer and a working clock. New dash pad, instrument panel is not cut or broken. The door panels, armrests, handles, and cranks look new. The upholstery and headrests are in excellent shape. Nice bright blue carpet, matching floor mats and a complete set of original blue seat belts down on the floor. INTERIOR: I'm sitting in this car, and it is in great shape. 15x7 chrome Magnum wheels in front, 15x8s in back. The stainless trim is very good, the glass is very good original. In back the tail panel is excellent, the bumper looks new. The chrome trim on the hood scoop, the door handles, wheel well moldings, emblems were replaced. Upfront the grill and bumper look pristine. It has the cool bumble bee stripe around the tail end. The clear coat is polished like a mirror. Repainted its original B5 blue, the metal flake is laid out evenly. No rust or damage, the panels all fit square and flush. It looks hot and sounds even hotter!ĮXTERIOR: Oh boy is this thing amazing! It didn't look this good back in 1969. This is a real Super Bee with a correct 383 and vin # match 4-speed! Very desirable factory B5 blue hardtop. Now is the time to get one while you still can! Other additional items included with this sale are the original Ramcharger air cleaner, a new aluminum Mopar 4 barrel intake (painted to match the engine), a driveshaft safety loop, original brochure, reprints of both volumes of the Mopar 1969 parts catalog, a huge file of paperwork documenting the restoration, owner’s manual and several other misc. Inside there’s a split back bench seat, instrument cluster with Tick Tock Tach & gauge package, restored Mopar AM/FM radio, pistol grip shifter, 3 point seat belts and full carpeting. This Super Bee is set up just the way you would have ordered it back in the day. Shifting is done with the iconic and easy to use Hurst pistol grip shifter. The engine is bolted to a, likewise upgraded from stock, Hemi A833 4 speed transmission, and power gets to the ground through the Dana Sure-Grip (posi) rear with 410 gears. Dyno sheets, included with the car, indicate a very healthy 536 ft lbs of torque and 475 hp. This engine has all the best components, including Keith Black pistons, six pack rods, Crane roller rockers, stainless valves, Edelbrock twin 4 barrel intake with dual Edelbrock 600 cfm carbs, chrome box Chrysler ignition, Doug Thorley Headers and dual exhaust. Originally equipped from the factory with a 383 cubic inch engine, it has been substantially upgraded with a built 440 (1970 block). It is a REAL Super Bee (NOT a clone or “tribute”) and has been with the owner for the last 4 years. This original South Carolina car has zero rust. She’s in excellent condition with only very minor scuffs and chips in the paintwork. This hard to find classic muscle car is exceedingly fast, sounds fantastic and needs nothing to be thoroughly enjoyed right now!
