Fritzler attended Friends University with additional studies in Computer Science. He also spent more than five years at Keane Federal Systems leading its Diplomacy program. He spent nine years there, and grew and led a $55M per year vertical.

Prior to joining VMD, Fritzler was the Vice President of Defense and Diplomacy for Catapult Technology. He has more than 18 years of government contracting experience ranging from operational to executive management.
